Director of Delivery
Subhabrata Chakladar is the Director of Delivery at Experiture, where he leads global project execution and delivery operations for the company’s omnichannel marketing platform. With over two decades of experience in IT leadership, he has held senior roles at firms including Avanade, ITC, WDC, and Web Spiders Group. Subhabrata holds an M.Tech. from Jadavpur University, an MBA in IT Management from the University of Leicester, and a Doctorate in Leadership & Management from Pebble Hills University. He is also a certified PMP, Scrum Master, and Microsoft developer. His expertise in managing distributed teams and digital transformation is further reflected in his authorship of Supervision of Global Virtual Teams Through Strategic Leadership, a study on communication and conflict management in IT projects.
Chief Legal Officer
Jeffrey Scheer serves as Corporate Counsel, providing legal guidance on compliance, risk management, and contracts. He is a member of both the New York and Massachusetts Bar Associations, and has been recognized by New York Super Lawyers® (Business & Corporate, 2022) and Best Lawyers in America® (2023). He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Jeffrey is a frequent legal panelist at prominent events and a published author on various topics, including legal aspects of technology.

Known for her proactive communication and customer-first mindset, Katie is passionate about fostering long-term partnerships and driving measurable success for clients across diverse industries. Based in Brooklyn, she plays a pivotal role in translating complex marketing goals into impactful, data-driven outcomes.

Ashish Salpekar is the Director of Development at Experiture.. Since joining the company in 2012, he has led the development of scalable, AI-powered solutions that enable marketers to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns across various channels. With a career in software development beginning in 2006, Salpekar has held roles ranging from Developer to Senior Software Developer, bringing a wealth of experience to his current position. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology/Earth Science from Shivaji Science College and Nagpur University, respectively, and completed a GNIIT in Computers from NIIT in 2005.

John White is the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Experiture, a Brooklyn-based omnichannel customer engagement platform. With a career spanning over two decades, he has held leadership roles across technology, media, and marketing sectors, including positions at Joy Berry Enterprises and The Dream Factory. At Experiture, John leads strategic initiatives to design and implement personalized, data-driven marketing solutions across various channels. Ankur Mathur is the Chief Technology Officer and Head of AI at Experiture, where he leads the development of scalable, AI-powered solutions that drive personalized, omnichannel marketing campaigns. With over two decades of experience in enterprise software and AI-driven technologies, he has held leadership roles at companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Macy’s, Iterable, and Sapient. Ankur holds degrees from Cornell University and IIT Bombay, and previously co-founded REVEL Moments, a Web3-enabled storytelling platform that partnered with major sports organizations. His work focuses on leveraging machine learning and automation to enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Rio is an industry vet with a wealth of experience and proven track record of success in roles that span strategy consulting, marketing and advertising technology, data services, and media planning/buying. At Experiture, Rio oversees all commercial operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue optimization. Rio is a popular blogger and podcast host and he speaks frequently at industry conferences and events.

Tej Kohli is the founder and CEO of Experiture, a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform based in Brooklyn. With a background in Computer Science and Financial Economics from Bethany College, Kohli has built a career at the intersection of marketing and technology. Prior to Experiture, he served as President of Indros Group and founded Easypurl.com, a pioneer in cross-media marketing software.
Since launching Experiture in 2014, Kohli has led the company in developing innovative tools that empower marketers to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences across email, SMS, direct mail, social media, and more. His leadership has positioned Experiture as a go-to solution for customer lifecycle marketing in industries such as retail, finance, healthcare, and eCommerce.
