- Customer Feedback—Send Feedback directly from the Experiture platform to let us know your thoughts as you use the Experiture software. We consistently use feedback to improve our software (and our company).
- Knowledge Base—Our robust documentation can help you get up-to-speed on Experiture – and can also help troubleshoot any issues you might have.
- In-app Help Slider—Within our software, a contextual help slider or drawer is available onscreen, and can be expanded to review relevant videos, instructions, Knowledgebase articles, and more.
- Organization-wide Support Approach—Our approach to support is to make customer support, along with all of our staff, available to our customers in the event of questions, comments or concerns.
- Experiture Community—Meet peers and gain insights into how they are using Experiture through virtual and in-person events, and more.
